Leonardo is a Senior Consultant at VantagePoint, specializing in the life sciences and investment sectors. He partners with investors and international companies at the forefront of innovation, to support people strategies and talent acquisition for market entries, large-scale buildouts, and critical executive appointments.

With a strong track record in placing Board, C-level, and VP talent across life sciences, VC and PE, Leonardo brings deep industry knowledge and cross-border expertise. Prior to joining VantagePoint, he worked with leading executive search firms in Europe, delivering on international mandates.

A licensed psychologist, Leonardo holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Padua. Originally from Italy’s coastline, Leonardo now finds balance in Tokyo’s fast pace by catching waves along nearby beaches.
